Loving Message from Our Pastors
Rev. Vickie Miller and Rev. Nancy Wilson
All of us at SunCoast MCC hope you are staying healthy and safe during these very trying times. A reminder that our Church is closed to the public at this time. We are available by email and by phone. Our Pastors, Board, Congregational team, ministries and volunteers are finding ways to help us stay connected. As everything is changing so rapidly, we will be sending out email updates three times weekly— Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, as well as Live Streaming our Worship Services on Sundays at 10AM. For those of you that have a FaceBook account, we setup a private group . Know that we will continue to find ways to stay connected and to find ways to help you stay connected with each other.
To ensure we stay connected, please feel free to click on the links below to direct any inquiries, concerns or suggestions as follows.
Join Rev. Vickie and Rev. Nancy to explore Why the Psalms? While we are all experiencing self-quarantine and social distancing, the Psalms will help us to pray and praise together. This collection of ancient prayers, poems and hymns of the Hebrew people address the range of human emotion and conditions; while reading the Psalms sooner or later you will find something that speaks to you and your situation.
A reading plan will be provided (an average of 5 Psalms a day) to guide us through all 150 psalms in a month. Each week Rev. Nancy and Rev. Vickie will hold an on-line Zoom class. (Zoom technology assistance is available. Details listed in the “We Care” section.)
It’s simple. (Cut-and-paste the following into your browser).

Rev. Naomi King
Everyday we are hearing new terms related to the Coronavirus. To better understand what is meant by “social distancing,” “isolation” and “quarantine”, Rev. Naomi King shares some important insights. These insights are intended to help us understand how to to support each other.
We have another option for you. When going out to check on a friend, picking up supplies, or getting take-out food etc., why not stop by the church and drop off your weekly offering? A SunCoast MCC staff person will be there on Mondays and Thursdays from 11AM to 3PM.
